Mrs. Campbell studied Special Education at St. Mary's Dominican College in New Orleans and continued her studies as a graduate student at the University of New Orleans. While pursuing graduate studies in Special Education, Mrs. Campbell worked for the New Orleans Public Schools for five years as a Special Education teacher.

Mrs. Campbell subsequently attended Loyola University Law School in New Orleans and as been practicing law in the State of Louisiana since 1980 and founded Campbell & Campbell as Campbell Law Center.
